| Annotation: | The overarching intent of this evaluation was to generate knowledge that could be used to further develop adult education bridge programs in the state of Illinois. The primary evaluation goals were to describe and assess:
• program implementation characteristics;
• alignment with Illinois’ bridge definition;
• nature and utility of collaboration;
• extent and nature of challenges encountered during implementation; and
• methods and measures that are or could be utilized to evaluate student outcomes.
In addition to these primary goals, a supporting objective was to document emerging and promising implementation practices that could be further developed, studied, and replicated by others. |
