Led by the Lumina Foundation for Education, the agenda aims to identify, measure and increase institutional effectiveness; share best practices through pilot programs; and explore alternative educational delivery systems. These efforts are aimed at offering more high-quality college opportunities to a greater number of students within existing budgetary constraints.
