Short Description:This national survey is the first to provide baseline data on dual credit and exam-based courses.
Annotation:This national survey is the first to provide baseline data on dual credit and exam-based courses, including Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB), for public high schools. Overall, 71% of public high schools offered courses for dual credit, 67% offered AP courses, and 2% offered IB. Survey findings are presented at the national level and by school characteristics such as enrollment size, locale, region, and percent minority enrollment.
