Annotation:Starfish Initiative is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates opportunities for economically disadvantaged high school students to achieve their dream of becoming powerful, successful models for future Hoosier generations. This page provides users with a mentor application, as well several documents ascertaining whether mentoring is right for the applicant, a checklist for applying, a mentor profile survey, a recommendation form, and a description of adolescent development and its implcations for mentoring.
