Annotation:This synthesis report, Expanding Access and Opportunity: The Washington State Achievers Program, extensively summarizes multiple studies conducted on a Washington State-based program funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in partnership with the College Success Foundation and 16 local high schools.
